CPDT-KA(r) – Certified Professional Dog Trainer- Knowledge Assessed
Measures a broad range of knowledge and skills in ethology, learning theory, dog training technique and instruction. There are less than 6,000 CPDT-KAs worldwide.
CBCC-KA(r) – Certified Behavior Consultant Canine- Knowledge Assessed
This is an advanced certification for Professional Dog trainers who offer canine behavior modification. This certification focuses on behavior analysis and behavior modification to consult with the pet parent on the best plan for behavior training using science-based reinforcement. There are less than 500 CBCC-Kas worldwide.
Fear Free Certified(r) Professional (FFCP)
Fear Free Certified(r) Professionals use Fear free training techniques to prevent and alleviate fear, anxiety and stress in pets by inspiring and educating the people who care for them. Fear Free professionals play a critical role in creating a happier, healthier and fear free life for pets by participating in certification programs and continuing education to keep up with the latest training techniques. Trainers who complete the program will acquire the skills to manage and handle dogs and cats alongside veterinary and grooming teams as well as provide the pet parents skills to help at home.
