Well-Trained Staff
Our staff here at MAI are well-trained and educated about dog and cat physiology and psychology. The trainers use Fear Free™ certified techniques and many other certifications that we adhere to when training our pups. We utilize a positive reinforcement philosophy which builds a healthy relationship with each dog. This provides a reward-based system that gets each doggy student excited to learn new commands and makes for highly productive sessions.

Throughout the years, we have developed ways to streamline daycare drop off, such as with Daycare Valet. We have also implemented themed parties during the holidays to make these celebrations more fun for the dogs. And for the future, we always have more ideas to expand what we offer. Diverse ways of providing each service and other additions make what we offer go beyond what you expect. Your furry friends endlessly play here at MAI. With our ‘a la carte’ style services, you can add plentiful activities, grooming, and training sessions to your pet’s stay. For example, the cats benefit from this customization. We know some cats are more adventurous and curious, so we offer the Kitty Playroom filled with unlimited cat toys and places to climb and explore. Or, if your cat prefers to snuggle all day, we have kitty TVs in each suite, and extra comfortable beds. Matching play styles and comfort needs in both cat and dog suites are unmatched attributes to us at the Inn.
Wellness Monitoring
We can also provide daily updates from experienced and knowledgeable wellness staff who monitor all the pets in house. If there are any notable behavioral or diet changes, incidents, or anything else best bringing up, we let you know right away so you are not wondering about the condition of your beloved pet.
