Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 7:00pm
Saturday - 8:00am - 4:00pm
Sunday - 10:00am - 4:00pm
Closed Major Holidays including: New Year's Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
Our Lobby will be closed on Major Holidays for drop-off and pick-up. Although our receptionists will not be available to take your call, please rest assured that your pets are being well cared for by our Activities and Lodging staff. All emails and phone calls will be returned the following day.
Arrivals/Departures
Guests may arrive or depart any time during business hours; however, we would prefer arrival at least one hour prior to closing. Please schedule departure time to expedite the process. Owners who pick up their pets by our 1:00 p.m. checkout time will not be charged for that day. Also a boarding charge for the day will not apply to pets scheduled for complete grooming. (This does not apply to basic baths and ancillary services.)
